Terms and Conditions - Win A $1,000 petrol voucher when you sign up at Fieldays®
1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the “Win a $1,000 Petrol Voucher when you sign up at Fieldays” promotion (Promotion). The promoter and organiser of the Promotion is Spanbild New Zealand Limited (trading as Totalspan) (Totalspan).
2. The Promotion is conducted only at the Totalspan stand at the Mystery Creek Fieldays event (Fieldays) held from 10 June 2026 to 13 June 2026 inclusive (Promotion Period).
3.To be eligible to enter the Promotion, a customer must:
(a) attend Fieldays in person during the Promotion Period;
(b) complete an order form at Fieldays for the purchase of a Totalspan building and pay the required deposit for the building at Fieldays;
(c) be aged 18 years or older; and
(d) not be an employee, contractor, or otherwise engaged by Totalspan or any Totalspan franchisee, and not be an immediate family member of any such person.
4. One prize of a $1,000 petrol voucher will be awarded on each day of Fieldays, being four prizes in total. The petrol voucher type, issuer, and terms of use will be determined by Totalspan. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Totalspan reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
5. Each order form completed at Fieldays and accompanied by payment of the required deposit at Fieldays constitutes one entry into the daily draw.
6. One winner will be drawn at 4.00 pm on each of 10 June, 11 June, 12 June, and 13 June 2026 from all eligible entries received on that day. Totalspan may, in its discretion, permit all eligible entries received up to the time of the draw on the relevant day to be included in that day’s draw. Totalspan’s records are conclusive as to the timing of entries and eligibility.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period determined by Totalspan, or if Totalspan reasonably believes the entry is invalid, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms, Totalspan may declare the prize forfeited and conduct a redraw.
8. Entry into the Promotion and entitlement to receive and retain a prize are conditional upon the underlying building contract remaining on foot and not being cancelled, avoided, rescinded, or terminated due to any act or omission of the customer. If the relevant contract is cancelled or does not proceed, Totalspan may cancel the entry, withhold the prize, require return of the prize, or recover from the customer the value of the prize as a debt due.
9. Each prize will be issued to the winner following the winner’s building being progressed to the “factory order” stage (and all necessary instalments of the price payable for the building that are due to that stage having been paid).
10. In the event that the winner’s building does not progress to the “factory order” stage by 31 May 2027, the winner shall forfeit the prize and the prize may be retained or reallocated to another entrant at Totalspan’s sole discretion.
11. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Totalspan may use the winner’s name, image, voice, town/city, and photographs or video of the winner for publicity and promotional purposes in any media, including on social media channels, websites, and other marketing material, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12. Totalspan may verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants at any time. Totalspan may disqualify any entrant or withhold any prize if Totalspan believes the entrant has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry process, provided false or misleading information, acted fraudulently, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the proper conduct of the Promotion.
13. Totalspan’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including eligibility, validity of entries, draw procedures, redraws, and award of prizes, are final and no correspondence will be entered into, except to the extent required by law.
14. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totalspan may at any time amend these Terms, suspend the Promotion, cancel the Promotion, extend or shorten the Promotion Period, waive any irregularity or informality in an entry, or substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totalspan and each participating Totalspan franchisee exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, personal injury, or claim (whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential) suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Without limitation, neither Totalspan nor any participating franchisee is responsible for any technical issues, communication failures, delays, lost or incomplete entry information, or any inability of a winner to receive or use a prize.
16. Personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be collected, held, used, and disclosed by Totalspan and participating Totalspan franchisees for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants, announcing winners, carrying out publicity connected with the Promotion, market research, and otherwise in accordance with Totalspan’s privacy policy as amended from time to time.
17. Each Totalspan franchise is independently owned and operated. Contracts for the purchase of buildings are entered into with the relevant participating Totalspan franchisee, not with Totalspan, unless expressly stated otherwise. Totalspan may administer the Promotion on behalf of participating franchisees.
18. The Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion or these Terms.
Terms and Conditions - Win a bus shelter for your school at Fieldays®
1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the “Win a Bus Shelter for Your School” promotion (Promotion). The promoter and organiser of the Promotion is Spanbild New Zealand Limited (trading as Totalspan) (Totalspan).
2. Entries open at 8.00 am on 10 June 2026 and close at 4.00 pm on 13 June 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period may be disregarded at Totalspan’s discretion.
3. Entry is open to any natural person who is a New Zealand resident at the time of entry (Nominator). Employees, contractors, and other personnel of Totalspan or any Totalspan franchisee, and their immediate family members, may be excluded at Totalspan’s discretion.
4. To enter the Promotion, a Nominator must complete the official online nomination form during the Promotion Period and provide all information requested by Totalspan, including the nominated school, the reasons the school needs a bus shelter, how the bus shelter would benefit students and families in the relevant community, the approximate number of students who would benefit, and the Nominator’s contact details and relationship to the school. Incomplete, illegible, misleading, or indecipherable entries may be disqualified.
5. By submitting an entry, each Nominator warrants and represents that:
(a) the information in the entry is true, accurate, and not misleading;
(b) the Nominator is entitled to submit the nomination; and
(c) the Nominator consents to Totalspan using the Nominator’s name in connection with publicity relating to the Promotion.
6. One winning school will be selected by Totalspan on or about 17 June 2026, based on the information provided in the nomination and any criteria Totalspan considers relevant, including demonstrated need, likely benefit to students and families, community impact, suitability of the proposed site, and the overall merits of the nomination. The decision will be at Totalspan’s sole discretion.
7. Totalspan will notify the Nominator of the winning entry using the contact details provided in the entry. If the Nominator cannot be contacted within a reasonable period determined by Totalspan, Totalspan may select an alternative winner.
8. Totalspan’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except to the extent required by law.
9. The prize is conditional on the winning school (acting through its board of trustees, principal, or other authorised representative) formally accepting the prize and these Terms within a reasonable timeframe specified by Totalspan.
10. By accepting the prize, the winning school agrees to:
(a) cooperate with Totalspan in relation to all aspects of the supply and installation of the bus shelter;
(b) obtain, at the school’s cost, all permissions, authorities, approvals, licences, notices, and consents required for the bus shelter to be installed and used, including from the school board, landowner, local authority, road controlling authority, or any other relevant person or body, and to provide written evidence of such approvals to Totalspan on request;
(c) provide Totalspan with reasonable access to the proposed site and such information about the site as Totalspan may reasonably require;
(d) grant to Totalspan a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence to use the school’s name, the nomination story, photographs, video, and related materials for promotional, publicity, community, and marketing purposes in any media, including websites and social media, without further compensation;
(e) on request, sign any further consent, release, or licence reasonably required by Totalspan to give effect to these Terms; and
(f) comply with all reasonable directions and conditions imposed by Totalspan in connection with the supply and installation of the bus shelter.
11. If the winning school declines the prize, fails to formally accept within the specified timeframe, fails to satisfy these Terms, fails to provide required approvals or information, or otherwise cannot proceed, Totalspan may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
12. The prize is one Totalspan bus shelter to be supplied and installed by or on behalf of Totalspan for the winning school. The design, size, specifications, colour, materials, delivery arrangements, installation method, and all other aspects of the bus shelter will be determined by Totalspan in its sole discretion.
13. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
14. Unless Totalspan expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the prize excludes all site preparation, earthworks, foundations, retaining structures, drainage, utility relocations, traffic management, fencing, landscaping, demolition, removal of obstacles, geotechnical work, engineering advice, council or other approvals or consents, and any other works, services, goods, fees, levies, charges, or costs associated with or incidental to the supply or installation of the bus shelter. Any such excluded items will be the responsibility of the winning school and/or the relevant landowner or authority.
15. Installation of the bus shelter is subject to Totalspan being satisfied, in its absolute discretion, that the proposed site is safe, suitable, reasonably accessible, and legally available for installation. Totalspan may inspect the site, require information, require changes to the site, require evidence of authority from the school and/or landowner, and impose reasonable conditions before proceeding.
16. If the site is unsuitable or access is impracticable, unsafe, or uneconomic, Totalspan may refuse installation, defer installation, nominate an alternative site, or withdraw the prize without liability.
17. Any date or timeframe given by Totalspan for manufacture, delivery, or installation is indicative only. Supply and installation may be delayed due to weather, safety considerations, site conditions, approvals, freight issues, contractor availability, or other matters beyond Totalspan’s reasonable control. Totalspan is not liable for any such delay.
18. By submitting an entry, each Nominator agrees that Totalspan may use the Nominator’s name and the content of the nomination for promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes in any media, including websites and social media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
19. The winning school’s acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to Totalspan using the school’s name, the nomination story, photographs, video, and related materials for the purposes described in these Terms.
20. To the extent the Nominator owns any intellectual property rights in the entry content, the Nominator grants to Totalspan a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purposes described in these Terms. The Nominator consents to any act or omission by Totalspan that would otherwise infringe the Nominator’s moral rights in the entry content.
21. Totalspan may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any Nominator if Totalspan believes the Nominator has breached these Terms, provided false or misleading information, tampered with the entry process, acted unlawfully or fraudulently, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the fair conduct of the Promotion.
22. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
(a) Totalspan may amend these Terms, suspend the Promotion, cancel the Promotion, extend or shorten the Promotion Period, decide not to award the prize, or substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, at any time and for any reason.
(b) Totalspan and each participating Totalspan franchisee exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, personal injury, or claim (whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential) suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion, any entry, the selection process, the prize, or any supply or installation work, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Without limitation, Totalspan is not liable for any site conditions, approval issues, delays, or third-party acts or omissions affecting the prize.
23. Personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be collected, held, used, and disclosed by Totalspan and participating Totalspan franchisees for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting Nominators and winning schools, assessing nominations, arranging publicity, market research, and otherwise in accordance with Totalspan’s privacy policy as amended from time to time.
24. Each Totalspan franchise is independently owned and operated. Totalspan may administer the Promotion on behalf of participating franchisees.
25. Totalspan’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final, except to the extent required by law. Failure by Totalspan to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
26. The Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion or these Terms.
Terms and Conditions - Whistle up a Fieldays® Deal Promotion
1. Offer available from participating Totalspan franchisees only where the applicable contract is signed between 1 June and 30 June 2026. Each Totalspan franchise is separately owned and operated and sets its own pricing, therefore prices offered by each franchisee may differ. Prices shown are based on Totalspan Hamilton/King Country franchise pricing. Pricing may vary due to wind Terrain Category, wind speed or snow load, council requirements, and engineering requirements. Pricing shown is based on buildings having the following specifications: 6 rib dridex roof cladding (excluding utility sheds and carports which have 7 rib roof cladding), 7 rib wall cladding, 0.9kpa snow load, 39.01 m/sec wind speed, 80mm downpipes, boxed sections for awnings/garaports and open bays buildings. Prices shown are for kitset only delivered to the nearest Totalspan freight yard, and excludes council consent costs, foundations, construction of the building, and any costs associated with the construction of the building. You will be responsible for delivery from the Totalspan freight yard to your site, site preparation, foundations, constructing the kitset, obtaining any necessary council consents, and for ensuring that the constructed kitset building complies with applicable legislative requirements including the Resource Management Act 1991, the Electricity Act 1992, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Vehicles and accessories shown are excluded from the offer. All prices include GST of 15%. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. All buildings are engineered and priced as Importance Level One buildings, 0.9Kpa Snow Load, Terrain Category 2. Design Windspeed 39.01m/s as per AS/NZS1170. Site specific requirements due to location may incur additional costs, as may commercial or lined buildings to meet the design standards criteria for Importance Levels Two, Three or Four structures. All building dimensions are nominal. Buildings shown in this mailer are unlined non-habitable.
3. Check with your local Totalspan franchise for the exact dimensions and specifications of each building.
4. Prices may be subject to adjustment in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions agreed with the relevant Totalspan franchisee. We are currently experiencing a period of volatile fuel pricing, which is impacting costs across the entire supply chain, and therefore increases to the prices agreed (including as a result of fuel price volatility) may be required. While prices stated in this offer include freight to delivery to the nearest Totalspan freight yard, any fuel-related price increases (and/or other cost increases) that are incurred by the relevant Totalspan franchisee may be passed on to customers in addition to the advertised prices
5. Totalspan endeavours to ensure that the information contained in this mailer, including images, is correct but does not accept any liability for error, omission or differences with a finished product. As Totalspan is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/change the specification of its products at any time without notice.
6. All advertised product images are illustrative only, and actual products may vary.
7. Discounts stated in this offer do not apply to aluminium joinery forming part of the building and custom flashing.
8. Orders which involve a long lead time between contract signing and the manufacturing of the building kitset may be subject to price increases in the event of material and manufacturing cost escalations, in accordance with applicable contract terms between you and the relevant Totalspan franchisee.
