Terms and Conditions - March National Promotion

1.Offer available from participating Totalspan franchisees only where the applicable contract is signed between 1 March and 7 April 2026.  Each Totalspan franchise is separately owned and operated and sets its own pricing, therefore prices offered by each franchisee may differ. Prices shown are based on Totalspan North Canterbury franchise pricing.  Pricing may vary due to wind Terrain Category, wind speed or snow load, council requirements, and engineering requirements. Pricing shown is based on buildings having the following specifications: 6 rib roof cladding (excluding utility sheds and carports which have 7 rib roof cladding), 7 rib wall cladding, 0.9kpa snow load, 39.01 m/sec wind speed, 80mm downpipes, roof underlay in enclosed areas only, C-sections for awnings/garaports and open bays buildings. Prices shown are for kitset only delivered to the nearest Totalspan freight yard, and excludes council consent costs, foundations, construction of the building, and any costs associated with the construction of the building. You will be responsible for delivery from the Totalspan freight yard to your site, site preparation, foundations, constructing the kitset, obtaining any necessary council consents, and for ensuring that the constructed kitset building complies with applicable legislative requirements including the Resource Management Act 1991, the Electricity Act 1992, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Vehicles and accessories shown are excluded from the offer. All prices include GST of 15%. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2. All buildings are engineered and priced as Importance Level One buildings, 0.9Kpa Snow Load, Terrain Category 2. Design Windspeed 39.01m/s as per AS/NZS1170. Site specific requirements due to location may incur additional costs, as may commercial or lined buildings to meet the design standards criteria for Importance Levels Two, Three or Four structures. All building dimensions are nominal. Buildings shown in this mailer are unlined non-habitable.

3. Check with your local Totalspan franchise for the exact dimensions and specifications of each building.

4. Totalspan endeavours to ensure that the information contained in this mailer, including images, is correct but does not accept any liability for error, omission or differences with a finished product. As Totalspan is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/change the specification of its products at any time without notice

5. All advertised product images are illustrative only, and actual products may vary.

6.  Discounts stated in this offer do not apply to aluminium joinery forming part of the building, custom flashing, and roof underlay.

7. Orders which involve a long lead time between contract signing and the manufacturing of the building kitset may be subject to price increases in the event of material and manufacturing cost escalations, in accordance with applicable contract terms between you and the relevant Totalspan franchisee.

Terms and Conditions – Totalspan Central Districts Field Days Building Order Form

1.Offer available from participating Totalspan franchisees only where a Field Days Building Order Form (“Order Form”) is signed by the customer during the 2026 Central Districts Field Days event held at Manfield, Fielding between 19 – 21 March 2026 (“Field Days”) and a deposit of either $500 or 10% of the indicative building price specified on the Order Form (whichever is the lesser) is paid by 29 March 2026. 

2. Each Order Form is strictly subject to a formal contract being entered into between the customer and the relevant Totalspan franchisee for the applicable building, on Totalspan’s standard terms and conditions of contract (copies of which are available on request). Any deposits paid shall be fully refundable provided that a written refund request is sent to the relevant Totalspan franchisee prior to the signing of a contract for the relevant building. Should a contract not be signed on or before 12 April 2026, Totalspan reserves the right to reprice the building without the 15% discount applying. Variations to the pricing stated in the Order Form may be required once specifications for the relevant building are finalised by Totalspan.

3. Offer is for 15% off the normal (non-discounted) retail price of applicable Totalspan kitset building. Prices advertised at Field Days are based on Totalspan North Canterbury franchise pricing, and as each Totalspan franchise is separately owned and operated and sets its own pricing, prices offered by each franchisee may differ from those advertised. 

4. Prices include GST of 15% and delivery to the nearest Totalspan freight yard, and exclude council consent costs, foundations, roofing underlay, construction of the building, and any costs associated with the construction of the building. You will be responsible for delivery to your site from the nearest Totalspan freight yard, site preparation, foundations, constructing the kitset, obtaining any necessary council consents, and for ensuring that the constructed kitset building complies with applicable legislative requirements including the Resource Management Act 1991, the Electricity Act 1992, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Wide Span and Axxis Steel Framed products are excluded from the offer.

5. Pricing may vary due to wind Terrain Category, wind speed or snow load, council requirements, and engineering requirements. Pricing shown is based on buildings having the following specifications: 6 rib roof, 7 rib wall, 0.9 snow loading, 39.01 m/sec or Very High Wind for 12m Series/Flat Roof/Heritage Barn, 80mm downpipes, roof underlay in enclosed areas only, C-sections for awnings/garaports and open bays buildings. 

6. Unless otherwise specified, all buildings are engineered and priced as Importance Level One buildings, Terrain Category 2. Site specific requirements due to location may incur additional costs, as may commercial or lined buildings to meet the design standards criteria for Importance Levels Two, Three or Four structures. All building dimensions are nominal. Buildings advertised are non-habitable.

7. Should specifications differ from those stated above, variations to the applicable building price may apply.
